A typical project is divided into the following steps:

1. Project start
During a workshop organized either in your offices or on our premises, we develop a project profile together. An analysis of the situation and essential aspects will define our priorities. Ideas will be validated, criteria for success defined and initial approaches developed.

2. Concept
The range of the project is defined. We also define the later project phases and draw up a rough concept that includes a functional outline of the content. Armed with this input, we create the first layout and design ideas. The rough concept serves as a basis for the interactive prototype and to test the overall functionality. The concept is refined to include detailed content and then implemented utilizing the appropriate media.

3. Production
Production is carried out using the refined concept together with a flow chart. Larger projects will also make use of a script containing detailed descriptions of the individual screens. Graphics, animations, audio, video, 3-D elements etc. are created, processed and integrated. Our programmers assemble these various elements. Client feedback is sought after each step and a quality assurance matrix documents every project phase.

4. Implementation
We integrate the finished program or website into your IT environment. We are also responsible for staff training, program updates and further optimization.

5. Project finish
We meet for a debriefing in order to ascertain whether we achieved that goals we had set ourselves. This is the moment for criticism, comment and praise. You receive project documentation from us as well as handbooks or training materials, where required. Ideally this is also the point when we begin to discuss the next project...
